Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Orders placed for Delivery/Shipping can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.  Any changes or cancellations after 1 hour will be treated as return. 
Email orders@incredpets.com for any changes or cancellations to you order.  If your order has not shipped we will do our best to modify or cancel after the 1 hour window- but it cannot be guaranteed.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. 
Orders placed Friday after 4pm PST/PDT and on Saturday will generally ship the following Monday. 
Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex ground and take between 2 and 5 business days to arrive at your door. Some orders are delivered by local Incredible Pets delivery drivers when located in close proximity to one of our retail stores.

Orders under $50 - flat fee $4.95 
Orders over $50- Free**

 

Order placed online for Delivery cannot be switched for In-Store Pickup unless the order is cancelled within 1 hour of placing it.  If you want to pick up your items In-Store and it is past the cancellation window we will charge you for the items you purchase in store and will process the online order as a normal return. 

**Orders over 150lbs may incur an additional surcharge if located more than 15 miles from one of our Incredible Pets Retail Stores.  Email or call for details.
