What products does the Picky Eater Program cover?

The Picky Eater Program covers a wide range of products, including dry food, wet food, treats, and supplements. Our comprehensive program ensures that all aspects of your picky eater's diet are addressed to promote a healthy and balanced diet.

How long do I have? 

In-store purchase: 30 day from date of receipt. 

Online purchase: 45 days from date of order.

What do I need to have to exchange my food / treat / supplement?

To exchange your product, please make sure to have a valid receipt or online order number and the original packaging of the product. Having these ensures a smooth and hassle-free exchange process.
I lost my receipt, what can I do?
If you've lost your receipt, don't worry! If you have a customer loyalty account with us, we can easily reprint your receipt for you. Just provide us with the necessary details, and we'll be happy to assist you in retrieving your purchase history and issuing a new receipt.

I threw away the original packaging after pouring the food into a storage container, What are my options?

If the original packaging is no longer available, we cannot process a return or exchange. It is essential to keep the original packaging. We recommend keeping the packaging until you know your pet likes and does well on the product, even if you typically transfer it into a separate container.

Are there any return shipping fees?

We do not charge a return fee on items returned under our Picky Eater Guarantee. If your return does not fall under the "Picky Eater Guarantee" then your return will fall under our normal return policy. Under 20lbs will incur a $7.95 return shipping fee, over 20lbs will incur an $10.95 return shipping fee. In-store returns are always free. Please contact our Customer Care Team for complete details.
Is there a limit to how many times I can return?
Picky Eater returns are limited to 3 per customer per year. If you are having difficulty finding a food that works for your pet please reach out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance. 
What brands are excluded from the guarantee?
