1. Subscription Overview
Our subscription service allows you to automatically receive the products your pet needs on a recurring schedule — with the added bonus of a discount on eligible items.

• Manage or cancel anytime
• Set up multiple subscriptions for different pets or items
2. Delivery Frequency Options
• Default choices: every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days
• After your first order, you can fully customize your schedule from your subscription dashboard
• Multiple subscriptions can run at different frequencies
3. Subscriber Discount
• Enjoy 5% off on all eligible subscription items
• Exclusions: Due to manufacturer restrictions, Orijen, Acana, and Fromm items are excluded from the discount
4. No Commitment – Cancel Anytime
There’s no minimum commitment — cancel anytime.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by:
• Logging into your Subscription Dashboard
• Emailing us at: customercare@incredpets.com
• Calling: 1-800-822-9759, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
Please note: Changes to your subscription only apply to future orders. Once an order has been placed, all modifications must be made by contacting customer support.
5. Billing & Payments
• You’ll be charged when your subscription order is processed, not when it ships
• A reminder email is sent 3 days before each charge
• Payment methods can be updated anytime via your account
• All major payment types supported by Shopify are accepted
6. Flexible Subscription Management
We offer complete control over your subscription:
• Skip a delivery when you have enough on hand
• Postpone an order to a later date
• Cancel anytime — no penalties or hidden fees
These options are available via your Subscription Dashboard.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Subscription orders follow our standard shipping rates:
• Orders under $49.99: $7.95 shipping
• Orders $50 and up: Free shipping
• Local Delivery: $5.95 fee on orders $24.99 and up
• Store Pickup: Always free
Your shipping method and fee will remain the same as long as your subscription order meets the qualifying amount.
8. Returns & Refunds
Subscription items can be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
Return fees and exclusions follow the same guidelines.
9. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails:
• We’ll retry your payment up to 7 times
• You’ll be notified by email each time
• After 7 failed attempts, the subscription will be automatically canceled
10. Missed or Returned Deliveries
Missed, refused, or returned deliveries are subject to our Return Policy and may incur return shipping fees.
11. Eligibility Criteria
• Subscription services are available to U.S. residents aged 18 and over
• Service is limited to the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel subscriptions that do not meet these eligibility requirements
