Our ducks have access to organic pastures, where they live and eat in their species-appropriate environment. For additional food safety protection, these eggs were washed with whey and carefully hand-packed into boxes. Fresh raw eggs are carefully inspected and packaged whole. Upon freezing, egg contents expand and will crack the shell. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the product. Eggs are washed in whey for extra safety protection. Please keep eggs frozen until ready to thaw and serve.
